You fight, quite well in fact, but you're not on Chad's level. Not yet anyway. His swift punches and kicks wear you down eventually, and you are left too sore to continue the chase.

With one last kick in the stomach, which he humbly apologizes for, Chad turns around, and is gone before you have the chance to stop him. Sorry bud...looks like it's back to square one for you.
